Kenosha Community Health Center provides care to all residents of Kenosha County. For our patients, we offer a sliding fee scale for medical and dental care services. Our staff will work with you to determine your eligibility. You will be required to bring the necessary paperwork to complete the household assessment.

KCHC Services include

Primary and preventive medical and dental care
Obstetrics
Behavioral Health
Pediatric Services including health checks and immunizations
Prenatal care, family planning and STD screening
Enabling services including outreach, translation, and transportation
Referrals to specialists and other health related services
Education such as chronic disease management, tobacco cessation, and wellness
Medical and Dental Specialty Care referrals
Laboratory Services
Prescription Medication Services
Eligibility assistance for State programs

Working in community health care has been a long standing goal. All patients, regardless of ethnic background or socioeconomic status, deserve to be treated in a respectful and professional environment in a facility in which they feel comfortable. When I interact with patients, I know that they feel they are important to this organization. The expressions of gratitude help me to know what I am doing is important to them. My involvement here allows me to treat the whole patient on a variety of levels. We have established contacts with other providers who are willing to support the needs of our patients and with a variety of support facilities that treat both physical and mental ailments. This holistic approach works well. As a health care team, we are providing quality medical care for individuals who have been overlooked in the past.
