Back to School Annual Physicals for Children in K–8th Grade

Children across the U.S. spend 6-8 hours a day in school and that is 6-8 hours of potential exposure to a variety of illness and/or germs. Making sure your son or daughter is in the best health possible, BEFORE and DURING the start of school, helps to insure they and their classmates will have their best year ever.

A school physical is an annual wellness visit to ensure readiness for school, including immunizations needed to enter or stay in school.  It does NOT cover evaluation for participation in sports.

  • Medicare, Medicaid and most Commercial Insurance Accepted.

  • Most insurance covers 100% of student physicals.

  • Uninsured patients are welcome.

  • Exams take place at the Kenosha Boys & Girls Club KCHC Clinic at 1330 52nd Street – Suite 205.
