COVID-19 VACCINATION
Kenosha Community Health Center (KCHC) is offering Covid-19 vaccines as follows:
- 1st and 2nd doses of Pfizer for patients 5 years and older
- 1st and 2nd doses of Moderna for patients 18 and older
