Kenosha Community Health Center Opens New Location to Serve Western Kenosha County and Welcomes the Public to the Open House on June 3, 2019

The Kenosha Community Health Center (KCHC) opened a new location in Silver Lake, Wisconsin, and is inviting the community to an Open House and outdoor BBQ on June 3, 2019 from 5-7 p.m at 903 S. 2nd Street in Silver Lake. The public is invited to tour the new KCHC office, meet the staff, and food will be provided on a first come first served basis.

This is the fourth clinic to open that is operated by Kenosha Health Care Center, Inc. and first location in western Kenosha county. The new location accepted appointments in April 2019, and is quickly becoming a destination for healthcare in the Village of Salem Lakes area, which includes Camp Lake, Salem, Silver Lake, Trevor and Wilmot. The new location offers services including chronic disease management, preventative care screenings, family planning, behavioral screening, mental health support, and a variety of dental services.

“We have long recognized the need to expand our services to western Kenosha County and are grateful to the many local partnerships that have helped make this clinic possible so we can help meet the high demand for healthcare for residents in the Village of Salem Lakes. Many residents are unable to receive the medical and dental support they need close to home, and now they have an option that doesn’t require them to travel into the Kenosha limits,” states Alan Marshall, Chief Executive Officer. “Our board and staff are committed to providing affordable healthcare county-wide and this brings us one step closer to helping Kenosha County improve overall health outcomes.”
