Available to children in Kindergarten–8th Grade, every Tuesday and Wednesday inside Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha.

A school physical is an annual wellness visit to ensure readiness for school, including immunizations needed to enter or stay in school.  It does NOT cover evaluation for participation in sports.

• Medicare, Medicaid and most Commercial Insurance Accepted.
• Most insurance covers 100% of student physicals.
• Uninsured patients are welcome.
