Behavioral Health Services During COVID-19

KCHC is working to keep our community healthy during this time and prevent the spread of infection while also offering options for easier access to care. If you have a fever, cough or other respiratory symptoms, please dial our Call Center at 262-383-4091 prior to visiting one of our KCHC facilities, so you can be screened by one of our Providers.

KCHC is committed to the mental health and well-being of our community.  To promote safety for all, we have temporarily discontinued in-person services and will be offering video-based appointments.

All currently scheduled patients will be contacted via phone to discuss electronic options and schedule a video-based appointment.  Please let us know about any changes to your phone number or address to serve you best.

New patient appointments will be scheduled starting in April and will also be completed through video services.  Please contact our Call Center at (262) 383-4091 to be added to our new patient list and receive important paperwork via mail before your appointment.

If you have questions regarding services or would like to request an Urgent Care appointment, please contact our office and leave a message for the Behavioral Health team at (262) 383-4091. Your call will be returned within two business days.
