Medical Services During COVID-19
KCHC is working to keep our community healthy during this time and prevent the spread of infection while also offering options for easier access to care. If you think you’ve been exposed to COVID-19, are experiencing symptoms, or feel you need to be tested, call us at 262-925-1325 and our team will evaluate you for a same-day telehealth visit with of one of our providers.
If you have difficulty breathing or believe you are experiencing and emergency, dial 911. KCHC has medical providers available to assess your medical needs. Call 262-383-4091 to be evaluated by one of our providers and directed on what type of visit is appropriate:

- In-Person
If you are instructed to come in for a visit, KCHC has instituted a “one person” rule. Only patients are to attend appointments. Minors may have one parent or guardian present. If you are in need of translation services, please let us know prior to your visit. All who enter will have their temperature taken at the door upon entry.
Patients experiencing any of the following symptoms: fever, chills, cough, sore throat, runny nose, nasal congestion, muscle and body aches, headaches, fatigue or feeling tired, vomiting or diarrhea, AND traveled in the last 14 days OR have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19- REFRAIN from entering the clinic.
