Did you know your child can’t attend school without required immunizations in the state of Wisconsin? Kenosha Community Health Center offers immunization appointments so your child can attend school.

What immunizations are required?

Students admitted to schools in the Kenosha Unified School District will need to have all immunizations as required by state law. Except as otherwise provided, immunizations are required for:

  • Measles
  • Rubella
  • Mumps
  • Diphtheria
  • Pertussis (whooping cough)
  • Tetanus
  • Hepatitis B
  • Polio
  • Varicella (chicken pox). A history of chickenpox disease is also acceptable.

Insurance Accepted: Medicare, Medicaid, Most Commercial Insurance Accepted. Uninsured patients are welcome.
