LEADERSHIP TEAM

Raymond Garay is the Executive Director of Mobile Care Services at the Kenosha Community Health Center (KCHC) which is dedicated to helping Kenosha’s underserved community.

He is responsible for the daily clinic operations, mobile medical missions, and ensures patients receive affordable quality medical care both in the clinics and the broader community. Garay believes all patients, from all walks of life, deserve the best care possible and keeps affordability as a central component of our health care model.

During the pandemic, he led the KCHC mobile team to support the Kenosha community and local businesses by performing 21,000 COVID-19 tests and 6,100 COVID-19 mobile vaccinations.

Garay is a retired Naval Nurse Corps Officer who has now dedicated his career to serving the underserved and uninsured communities in Kenosha. Raymond is a Registered Nurse who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Salisbury University in Salisbury, Maryland.
